The main purpose of this course is to teach the
basic techniquefor learning and improvement.
It will be oriented towards the correct performance of the technical movements and, later, to the enhancement of their momentum. Furthermore it will improve the trainee’s acrobatic and competition skill.
IMPORTANT REMARK: Either the trainers or the trainees will have to work hard and show spirit of sacrifice to attain the desired results. Therefore, those looking only for “sports holidays” are advised not to participate in this event.

Special sports training sessions will be carried out by means of a “ball shooting car” which will allow to increase momentum of the technical activity, so enhancing the goalkeepers’ acrobatic skill.

| INTERNAL TEAM COMPETITION: THE CAMP CUP | |
|

This already “famous” and original team competition, organized by the Football School since 1990, is having an ever-increasing success among the participants.
The winner will receive a cup and medals, while the team coming “last” will be given a consolation prize. A personal certificate will be delivered to all the goalkeepers as a reminder of this competition.

The Football School will organize also for the current year a meeting with Mrs. Antonella MONTANO, Headmistress of the cognitive-behavioural psychotherapy Institure “A.T. BECK” in Roma (http://www.istitutobeck.it/)in order to give useful suggestions about the subjet “Concentration” and other pre-match related problems.
It will be also possible, for whom it may concern, to apply directly to Mrs. MONTANO for any personal question.

This is a particularly useful and interesting subjet !! |

The program is focused on daily lessons of 6 hours in the field by FIGC trainers with UEFA licensed coaches who were formerly goalkeepers and IUSM teachers, is videorecorded, watched and then analyzed from a technical point of view.
The following people will also be engaged in the course:
- a trainer of “football technique”, who will improve the trainers’ skill as far as control and kicking of the ball are concerned;
- a qualified trainer in “competition skill”
- a “volleyball” teacher for ad hoc session keyed to understand and improve the concept of “dive”.

All the participants will receive educational text containing a selection of the goalkeepers’ professional regulation.
Additionally, “tactical” basic information will be given about the position to take in the field and in the goal post, as well as “psychological” advice keyed to learn how to get “concentration” and control of the pre-match anxiety.
